•  Nominee : When a user's shopnet business profile is transferred to the name of a heir, shopnet company removes the first user's phone number.

•  Free Customer and Free Seller : when free customers and sellers apply to delete their account profile .then Shopnet company deletes the user's phone number as well as the user profile when the process is done.

•  Distributor : registered distributor becomes a part of the shopnet company for the rest of its life. It is not removed, but if a distributor wishes to sell or legally transfer his profile to another user, he can do so by submitting an application to the Shopnet company. In this case, Shopnet company deletes the user's phone number as well as the user profile when the process is done.
