In the terms and conditions, the company is written as "Shopnet Company" rather than by its full name, Nature's Magic Shopnet India Private Limited.

1.  Customer registration is completely free in Shopnet Company.

2.  As per Shopnet Company terms, if a customer is not a member of the mainline genealogy, it will not be able for a new person to register as a distributor or seller on his customer ID.

3.  Since the customer is a free profile, he will not get any rights to distributor ID.

4.  After the customer register with the Shopnet Company, the customer will be required to complete his KYC with his mobile number, Aadhaar card, PAN card, address, and bank details.

5.  Until the customer completes the KYC with the Shopnet Company, the commission received by the customer on his Customer ID will be credited to his e-wallet.

6.  After becoming a Free Customer for Shopnet Company, the new person will get a permanent Customer number. After that, the Customer will have to use the same Customer number to do any kind of dealing with the Shopnet Company. The Customer who has the authorized Customer number from the Shopnet Company can communicate directly with the Shopnet Company.

7.  The income received by the Customer of the Shopnet Company will be deducted at source tax (TDS) as per the Indian Income Tax Department law.

8.  A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the payout income.

9.  Shopnet Company reserves all statutory legal rights to make any changes and technical changes at any time to Shopnet Company's inclusive terms, composition, information, products, business plan, website, mobile ops, publications, literature, policy, and system.

10.  From time to time, meetings, seminars, and business growth camps are broadcast by the Shopnet Company. The Shopnet Company's website is https://www.shopnet.co.in/. From this website, Shopnet disseminates authorized information from the company's mobile application.

11.  The issue of any kind of controversial issue will be taken up in the local court area of the district and city of Palghar.


Bill rules to customers on Shopnet franchises shop.

1.  If a customer purchases goods from a Shopnet franchisee, he will receive a bill with a retail discount and business volume.

2.  The business volume received by the customer will be credited to the customer's ID BV-Wallet until the customer becomes a distributor. The business volume will not be converted into a payout.

3.  Free Customers will receive a retail discount on their ID for up to 30 days from the first day of purchase of goods in the retail franchise of the Shopnet Company.
 

Bill rules to customers on Shopnet Sellers shop.

1.  When purchasing goods from a registered seller of a Shopnet company, if the seller has declared a discount, the customer will receive this discount in the form of Shopnet Loyalty Points (SLP). In this SLP, the customer will get both business volume and a retail discount.

2.  As long as the free customer is not a convert into the distributor, the business volume received in this SLP format will be credited to the customer's ID. It will not be converted to the commission. However, the discount received by the customer will be transferred to his bank through the payout system.

3.  Shopnet loyalty points will be valid in the Bill Verify account at the same time when the customer will verify the details of the bill received from the seller by checking the Shopnet mobile application in his login. In case the customer forgets to verify the bill. The pending bill will be automatically verified after the sales return time of the bill is over and the Shopnet loyalty points will be counted in the customer's payout.
