In the terms and conditions, the company is written as "Shopnet Company" rather than by its full name, Nature's Magic Shopnet India Private Limited.

1.  The term "seller" here means "Shopnet Seller" it is an independent firm. Which is not a Shopnet franchise, nor does the employees of the Shopnet company work in the seller's shop to provide service. But in order to give retail discounts to Shopnet Company's Registered Customers and Distributors on their corresponding sales, Seller has purchased Shopnet's “Shopnet Loyalty Point” service. Therefore the seller is registered into Shopnet Company with the "Shopnet seller" profile.

2.  Except for the Shopnet loyalty point’s service, it will have no relationship with Shopnet Company in all transactions conducted in the seller shop.

3.  Shopnet Loyalty Points [SLP]:

Sellers who are registered with Shopnet Company purchase Shopnet Loyalty Points [SLP] from Shopnet Company for themselves.
One SLP equals one Indian Rupee.

When registering as a seller with Shopnet, the seller pay Processing Charge.

The SLP that was purchased is deposited in the seller's wallet.

SLPs are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. This SLP is only applied to the Receipt of Shopnet Registered Customers and Distributors who visit the seller's store.

As an example, consider the SLP service:

A Shopnet consumer or distributor has visited the Registered Seller's store to purchase the items he requires. And if the seller has a discount offer for Shopnet customers/distributors in his business, the deal is delivered to him via SLP rather than as a cash reduction on the direct bill.

Assume a Shopnet customer/distributor purchases goods for Rs.1000 at MRP from the seller's shop. It also pays the vendor 1000 rupees after getting his buy bill in cash or via online transfer.

As a result, the buyer must scan the seller's QR code in his Shopnet mobile application and link his mobile application to the vendor's mobile application profile to receive the retail discount provided by the seller.

Once the QR code is attached, the seller inputs the Receipt amount (Rs 1000) in his Shopnet mobile application's "Send Receipt to Consumer" section and sends it to the customer for verification. The seller's retail discount, which is calculated based on a Receipt amount of Rs 1000, is then deducted from the seller's SLP wallet and credited to the customer's SLP wallet.

If a seller declares a 10% discount, then a retail discount of Rs.100 on a purchase of Rs.1000 will be removed (debited) from the seller's SLP wallet and credited to the customer's SLP wallet with payout terms and conditions. SLP will be credited to the customer's bank account from the Shopnet Company when the receipt cancellation and return time has elapsed, according to the Shopnet SLP payout criteria.

Advantages of registering as a seller

When a seller registers with the Shopnet Company, the Shopnet Company assigns the seller a lifetime seller profile account number.

• Following the creation of this seller profile, the seller can display his shop on the Shopnet website.

• In this way, the seller can exhibit some photographs of his shop in his seller profile,

• provide information about his shop's goods,

• and provide certain sales discount offers to clients.

• Sellers can promote their store on the Shopnet website and through the Shopnet mobile app.

• The Shopnet system is set up in such a way that every customer/distributor who visits the Shopnet website or downloads the Shopnet mobile application on their phone will be able to see the seller's shop by applying category, offer, and other filters. As a result, Shopnet distributors and customers will continue to shop at the seller's store and will also market the seller's store. Because the Shopnet Company pays commission to the distributors who publicize the seller's shop a commission.

 like this, by marketing his shop on the Shopnet platform, the seller can boost his sales turnover.

If you have both a Distributor and a Seller profile on Shopnet, you will receive three times the advantage.

•  The first benefit is that the seller can use the Shopnet platform to open a store. As a result, he has been published his shop to the online market.

•  Because the seller is a distributor, he has sponsored the second seller into his network geneology with his distributor id, and Shopnet pays commission to the first seller on every SLP transaction made by the second seller, as well as giving business volume on every bill/Receipt of the second seller.

•  The concept is that each seller has their own customer base, and each seller wants to keep that customer loyal to their shop. As a result, when a seller offers Shopnet distributorship to a customer, and that customer becomes a distributor in the seller's network genealogy, he remains connected to the seller at all times. He continues to pay commission to the sponsor seller with whom he is affiliated even if he makes his purchase in any Shopnet Register shop in India. Every selling distributor continues to profit in this arrangement, and his upline seller continues to profit as well.

Sharing Business Information to customer

Seller Information : We share the seller's phone number, address, shop name, shop type, shop photo, seller's GST number, food license number, shop holiday and working hours to get the best service to our customers.

4.  All types of financial transactions by Shopnet Company will be done through e-payment and not in cash.

5.  Shopnet Company has not given rights to any organization or person to do any kind of economic transaction, but rather the company will do all economic transactions through its main and regional offices.

6.  The seller will not get back the money deposited into the Shopnet Company in any way for any reason. And once complete registration in the company, Shopnet Loyalty Points will not be taken back, so be do it thoughtfully while registering.

7.  The bill cancellation and refund period should be specified by the seller in his sales bill. If for any reason, the bill becomes a sales return, the Shopnet loyalty points related to the Receipt will not be passed on to the customer's Receipt. In this situation, the seller can cancel the old bill/Receipt at the request of the customer and give the new bill/Receipt to the customer on the same date.

8.  The sales bill return and refund period in the Shopnet system has been from 0 (zero) to a maximum of 30 days. The seller can set it according to his own preferences in the mobile application.

9.  The seller will enter the details of the sales bill/Receipt into his Shopnet mobile application, and the customer will be sent to verify that bill/Receipt. At the same time, Shopnet loyalty points will be deducted from the seller's wallet account as per the sales bill/Receipt and those points will be credited to the customer's Bill Verify account.

10.  After becoming a seller for Shopnet Company, the new person will get a permanent seller id and seller account number. After that, the seller will have to use the same seller account number to do any kind of dealing with the Shopnet Company. The seller who has the authorized seller number from the Shopnet Company can communicate directly with the Shopnet Company.

11.  Shopnet Company reserves all statutory legal rights to make any changes and technical changes at any time to Shopnet Company's inclusive terms, composition, information, products, business plan, website, mobile ops, publications, literature, policy, and system.

12.  Shopnet Company will not be responsible for any false promises, misrepresentations, or false information given about Shopnet Company by a seller of Shopnet Company while giving service to others.

13.  From time to time, meetings, seminars, and business growth camps are broadcast by the Shopnet Company. The Shopnet Company's website is https://www.shopnet.co.in/.From this website, Shopnet disseminates authorized information from the company's mobile application.

14.  The issue of any kind of controversial issue will be taken up in the local court area of the district and city of Palghar.

All the above terms and conditions have been read and understood carefully by myself. After listening to others, I agree with them solemnly. I am willing to be a seller for Nature's Magic Shopnet India Private Limited. I am ready to do this business on my own responsibility. No one has put any kind of pressure on me for this. I promise Nature's Magic Shopnet India Private Limited Company that I will try my best to follow all the rules and regulations of Nature's Magic Shopnet India Private Limited Company.
