1.  In the terms and conditions, the company is written as "Shopnet Company" rather than by its full name, Nature's Magic Shopnet India Private Limited.

2.  To be an independent distributor in the Shopnet Company, the applicant must be at least 18 years old, according to the Indian Contract Act.

3.  Distributor ID is lifetime free and distributor becomes a self-proclaimed independent distributor of Shopnet Company, not an employee, agent, or customer.

4.  Shopnet Company is not bound by the responsibility of providing its independent distributor in any manner with the retained and automatic income, but under the business plan rules of Shopnet Company, the income received by the Independent Distributor for its own and through its team, goods purchases, business activities for broadcasting will be available from the entry of selling goods.

5.  Free discount coupons are available to independent distributors when purchasing products with a 100 PV Product. Free discount coupons are passed according to the following rules:

•  You can use one coupon for a bill of Indian rupees. If you need a product replacement or return, the useful value of the coupon before the cash amount may be returned to your discount coupon.

•  If you have multiple member ids and all member ids have the same distributor id, then all your member id coupons will be known by only one distributor id. Due to this feature, you can use all your coupons on any member ID.

•  The discount coupon will not be transferable. And the value of the coupon will not be received in cash in any way.

•  MRP-Discount = Sales Value (Indian Rupees): 1 Coupon on 3000, 2 Coupons on 6000, 3 Coupons on 9000, 10 Coupons on 30000, and you can spend 50 coupons on 150000 Indian rupees.

•  If the member wants to pass the coupon on, they have to activate the coupons (for security reasons) by going to their login ID. Or by activating the distributor discount coupons from Shoppes "Coupon Pass for Bill", here you can.

•  There is no time limit for passing the coupon. You will use the discount coupon on different days and months as per your needs. With only one discount coupon, the total bill amount should be INR 3000. When the amount exceeds INR. 3000, thereafter that amount will be taken for the next coupon, e.g., 3750-3000 = 750 for the next coupon.

6.  If an applicant wants to become an independent distributor for the Shopnet Company and needs to open an account in the name of a partnership firm, proprietor firm, public institution, society, charitable organization, or private limited company, he must submit the required documents to the Shopnet Company.

7.  While making the first registration in the company, the applicant will have to give his documents to the company. Until the applicant's documents are submitted to the company, the full amount of the applicant's payout will be deposited in his e-wallet.

8.  While re-registering himself for multiple member ids, the heir's information, and his own, if there is no change in the document, there will be no need to give back all the documents and registration forms.

9.  All types of financial transactions by Shopnet Company will be done through e-payment and not in cash.

10.  Shopnet Company has not given rights to any organization or person to do any kind of economic transaction, but rather the company will do all economic transactions through its main and regional offices.

11.  Shopnet Company's "Shopnet Retail Shoppe Franchisee" is an independent, proprietary firm. It will not have any relationship with Shopnet Company in all the transactions done in the retail shop except in the name of the company.

12.  After the return and cancellation period is over, The self-proclaimed independent distributor will not get the money deposited into the Shopnet Company in any way for any reason. And once given for registration in the company, discount coupon voucher set, product package or product will not be taken back.

13.  Through the payout system, when a member becomes a "Silver Star" in the Rewards category, the system will check distributor live verification (DLV). In such a case, Rs. 200 will be deducted from his payout income. But if a member does not have an income for any year, then his distributor live verification (DLV) amount of Rs. 200 will not be taken. And in the year in which the income will start, only that year's DLV will be taken.

14.  After becoming an independent distributor for Shopnet Company, the new person will get a permanent distributor number. After that, the distributor will have to use the same distributor number to do any kind of dealing with the Shopnet Company. The distributor who has the authorized distributor number from the Shopnet Company can communicate directly with the Shopnet Company.

15.  The distributor is required to take his product within eight months of paying for the purchase of products from the Shopnet Company. After eight months, Shopnet Company will not have any responsibility for that behavior.

16.  The income received by the distributor of the Shopnet Company will be deducted at source tax (TDS) as per the Indian Income Tax Department law.

17.  5% processing fee will be deducted from the payout income.

18.  The products received by the distributor on behalf of Shopnet Company will be available from Shopnet Company's head office, regional offices, and authorized shops or stock points of Shopnet Company.

19.  According to the Shopnet company rules, a separate delivery charge will be required for the product's home delivery.

20.  While buying the product from the Shopnet Company, the buyer will have to pay the local tax, GST, or any kind of tax to the company.

21.  At Shopnet Company, you will get the same products that will be kept for sale in the Shopnet retail shop or online shop, and the warranty and guarantee on all the products will be from the manufacturer of the product.

22.  Shopnet Company reserves all statutory legal rights to make any changes and technical changes at any time to Shopnet Company's inclusive terms, composition, information, products, business plan, website, mobile ops, publications, literature, policy, and system.

23.  Shopnet Company will not be responsible for any false promises, misrepresentations, or false information is given about Shopnet Company by an independent member of Shopnet Company while adding a new member.

24.  From time to time, meetings, seminars, and business growth camps are broadcast by the Shopnet Company. The Shopnet Company's website is https://www.shopnet.co.in/.From this website, Shopnet disseminates authorized information from the company's mobile application.

25.  If the Shopnet Company independent distributor wins any prize in the company, that award will be given to him through the prize distribution function, meeting, seminar, business growth camp, or Shopnet retail shop, stock point of the Shopnet Company. He will have to take the same prize within three months from the date of distribution. After three months, the Shopnet Company will no longer be liable for the prize.

26.  A distributor of Shopnet Company has to be loyal to the company. If it is proven that a distributor committed any type of corruption within the Shopnet company, or that he is now doing marketing work for another company, has gone against the Shopnet company, or has defamed the Shopnet company, the Shopnet company reserves the legal right to permanently remove that distributor and all relevant member IDs profile from the Shopnet company without prior notice to them.

27.  The distributor who has been removed from Shopnet Company, them All excess payout income, prizes, awards, and free discount coupons will be canceled. And that distributor will not be allowed to participate in any meeting, seminar, or program of the Shopnet Company.

28.  The issue of any kind of controversial issue will be taken up in the local court area of the district and city of Palghar.
